Content Creator (Social Media)

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Social Media Content Creator at HY.AM STUDIOS, you will lead content creation for various clients, working closely with our social media, creative, and marketing teams. Your role is to ideate, produce, and quickly edit high-quality visual and video content that aligns with clients' goals and brand identity, efficiently turning ideas into engaging assets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Execution:

• Produce high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, etc.) that resonates with target audiences and is native to each platform while aligning with clients’ brand guidelines.
• Manage the entire content production process—from ideation to execution—ensuring fast turnarounds, including shooting, editing, and publishing across social media platforms.
• Innovate with social-first ideas that leverage the latest trends and platform capabilities, particularly on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Social Media Account Manager, Creative Director, and communications teams to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
• Collaborate with various departments (social media, creative, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and provide on-site support for client projects when needed.
• Lead internal and external feedback loops to ensure content quality and alignment with project goals, working directly with client teams to maintain strong collaboration.

Campaign Support:

• Contribute creative content ideas to enhance client campaigns and evolve social media presence.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, client expectations, and budget constraints.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor content performance, gathering insights and adjusting strategies for future campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms to optimise content for engagement, reach, and conversions.

PROFILE

• You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. 
• You are based in, or within a comfortable commuting distance to, Berlin.
• Proven track record (2+ years) of content creation across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube, including your own social media presence (is a plus!). 
• Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and CapCut. Experience with professional camera equipment is a plus.
• You are an energetic and positive communicator with a hands-on approach who is ready to make an impact.
• You are a team player excited about collaborating closely with colleagues and other stakeholders via a distributed model.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills. A problem-solving attitude with adaptability to meet dynamic client needs.
• Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
