We work an eight-hour day with core hours between 10 am and 5 pm, but you’re free to adjust your schedule—arrive earlier, leave later, or take time off if needed. We believe a happy life outside work fuels great work inside the studio, so we’re committed to offering the flexibility you need to thrive. Just keep your team in the loop—we trust you to manage your time effectively.
All full-time employees get up to three months to work remotely from anywhere worldwide. Immerse yourself in the culture of a new city or reconnect with your hometown and family—we encourage experiences that enrich your life and perspective.

We encourage everyone to take time off to rest and recharge or travel the world. You’ll get 26 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays. We also close over the festive period and grant everyone two extra Agency-Specific Holidays (Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve) on top of the annual leave.
